Real Commercial Group is a results-driven commercial real estate team based in Hamilton, Ontario. Co-led by Jeff Margolis and Ilan Friedner, alongside team members Noah Leibtag and Elton Demirxhiu, the group brings together deep market knowledge, strong deal instincts, and a direct, client-first approach to leasing, investment, and property management.
We work with tenants, landlords, developers, and portfolio owners across Southern Ontario—helping them expand, reposition, manage, or exit assets with confidence. Whether it's structuring a lease, filling a vacancy, or solving a management headache, we bring sharp strategy, practical insight, and zero fluff.

Jeff Margolis
Principal, Sales Representative
Jeff is one of the only commercial agents with a background in TV and advertising - a career pivot in search of more drama, which he found in zoning bylaws and demising walls.
With over a decade of experience, he’s earned a reputation for sharp thinking, fast-moving deals, and lease expertise across Hamilton, Niagara, and the GTA. From high-traffic retail to warehouse space off the QEW, he helps clients spot value, solve problems, and move with confidence.
Officially 6' tall to the deck (or 5'11" clear), but please—don’t ask him to sell your house.

Ilan Friedner
Principal, Sales Representative
Ilan brings over a decade of commercial real estate experience, with a focus on investment sales, land assembly, and value creation.
He works with private investors, developers, and landlords to structure deals, reposition assets, and navigate complex transactions.
As Principal at Real Commercial Group, he co-leads the team and oversees the firm’s property management division. He also routinely logs over 17,000 steps a day—just inside the office.

Elton Demirxhiu
Sales Representative
Elton is a newly licensed commercial agent with a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand on the camera.
He brings Matterport, drone, and design skills to the team—plus a surprising amount of real estate knowledge for someone who was in high school five minutes ago.
Albanian-born, Lorne Park–raised, and deeply committed to making good space look even better. Ask him about old diesel cars, he’ll just keep talking.

Business Development & Property Management
Noah supports the team in property management, client coordination, and marketing systems while actively working toward his real estate license.
With a background in investment and asset operations, he brings structure and attention to detail across internal processes, listings, and market research.
